Open to all ranges of experience.
Pre-natal Props + Ped-o-Pul
A Pilates mat and Ped-o-Pul workout tailored specifically to pre-natal students. Meeting you where you and your body are, this class incorporates appropriate release work, and will help cultivate physical strength, stability and endurance.
Advanced Matwork
