Learn simple yet sophisticated pranayama and meditation techniques that promote increased states of mental and emotional clarity, ease and spaciousness. Open to all ranges of experience.
Radiant Rest
This guided yoga nidra class inspires deep rest and the gentle release of physical stress and anxiety. Laying down in a comfortable position, using props for support if needed, you will be guided through full body relaxation and body scanning techniques. This class is designed to unwind the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and radiantly rested.
Breath in Concert

In Sanskrit, “prana” means life, and “yama” means control. The practice of pranayama involves various meditative breathing exercises to regulate and refine the flow of your prana (life force energy). In this mostly seated class, you will be expertly guided through pranayama techniques that enhance the vitality and radiance of mind and body.

Kirtan Kriya is a simple, rhythmic, multi-sensory meditation technique that enhances brain function by increasing connectivity, improving memory and decreasing mood irregularity. It has also been scientifically researched and proven as a powerful practice for preventing Alzheimer’s disease. A luminous group practice, this meditation is open to all ranges of experience.
