The Foundations
Establish your Pilates foundations on the reformer. The Foundations is an unhurried class focused on awareness, centring, breath, alignment and control. A recommended starting point for new Group Class students and an excellent place for experienced students to refine the reformer basics.
Whole Body Concert
Build on the foundations of your Pilates practice. This class places increased focus on strength, co-ordination, precision, flexibility and flow. Explore spinal mobility in multiple ranges and move in concert with your breath. Recommended for students with some previous Pilates experience.
Dynamic Stability
Explore the progressive and intermediate Pilates repertoire. Designed for experienced students, this class taps into dynamic challenges to advance your strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and control.
